Katie Bercher has been selected as the 2022-2023 Carnegie Elementary Teacher of the Year!
Katie has worked as a special education teacher with Tulsa Public Schools for 30 years, most of those at Carnegie.
"I am passionate about including all students in the general education classroom, developing relationships with families and students, and creating a sense of belonging among staff."
